Nuada · RGAA accessibility audit
Showcase site and RGAA audit engine. WCAG 2.2 compliance, multilingual SEO, positioned as "the auditor who codes the fix."
- Context
- The French RGAA audit market is saturated with PDF reports no one knows how to implement. Nuada was built around a simple idea: deliver the fix code, not just the diagnosis.
- Role
- Product owner, art direction, complete development. Solo builder.
- Stack
- Astro, TypeScript, MDX, native i18n fr/en/es, Netlify hosting.
- Key choices
- Rare positioning against classic firms ("the auditor who codes"). Public transparent pricing grid. Quick online audit demo on submitted URL.
- Outcome
- Live since August 2026. First conversations with 3 prospects between September and October.
KleyFrance
Full WordPress site rebuild + logo creation for a manufacturer of custom lifting solutions (oil, offshore, military).
- Context
- Aging site, not responsive, no visual charter. International B2B target with demanding, very technical vocabulary (slinging, marine winches, LOLER).
- Role
- Art direction, logo creation, WordPress custom theme rebuild.
- Stack
- WordPress, ACF Pro, responsive custom theme, subtle GSAP animations.
- Key choices
- Industrial visual charter without falling into "heavy metal" cliché. Product photothèque organized by sector (naval / offshore / defense). B2B multilingual SEO.
- Outcome
- Site live, loading time cut by 3, mobile-friendly, unified quote forms.
Synapse
Open-source plugin for Claude Code: syncs an AI assistant's memory across machines and projects instead of duplicating it.
- Context
- Using Claude Code on 3 machines (personal, LR mission, laptop), I kept losing continuity: each machine had its own memory, none knew the others' context. Time-consuming and fragile manual duplication.
- Role
- Concept, architecture, complete dev, tests, docs, publication. Solo.
- Stack
- Node.js, TypeScript, Claude Code hooks, background git sync, smart local cache.
- Key choices
- Sync collision detection (two machines writing at the same time). Named memory structure (feedback/project/user/reference). 283 tests, green CI from day 1. Published open-source from day 1.
- Outcome
- Published on github.com/smaurier/claude-synapse. Plugin adopted daily on my 3 machines. Solid base for a future community.
